Quiet stay with room surprises

The room was clean and furnished with modern decor. The bathroom’s layout offered privacy, and the staff were accommodating and friendly despite the unusual check-in process.

Checking in through a window was strange and inconvenient. Breakfast wasn’t provided as expected, leaving us a bit disappointed that we couldn't grab a bite before heading out.

Only two trash cans in the room, both small and not optimal for the number of guests. Limited washcloths available without additional trips to the desk, which could be frustrating. The Wi-Fi password had to be requested separately. not exactly efficient, especially for those eager to get online. A bit of a hassle during check-in, as the procedure felt like a throwback to a less convenient era with the walk-up window.

We checked in late, around 9 pm, which was a bit frustrating since the lobby door was locked and required us to check in through a small window. The next morning, to my surprise, breakfast wasn’t available even though I saw supplies in the lobby the night before. the breakfast door was also locked. The room we stayed in was clean and reasonably comfortable. Having multiple restaurants nearby was a plus, so we didn’t need to drive far for meals. The pet fee was steep for just an overnight stay and should have been mentioned on the website. It felt like I could have had a nicer experience at a nearby hotel, given the high pricing here compared to its condition. Yet despite a few setbacks, I felt safe during my stay and would consider returning if improvements are made regarding the late check-in process, breakfast availability, and a review of the pet fee policy.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay while visiting Tupelo with our kids. The room was spacious, allowing me to maneuver with ease using my walker. It was also a great location for exploring the nearby zoo, which our children loved.

In my wife’s opinion, more trash cans would be helpful.

the hair dryer didn’t work,, and the bed was too high for my mom. but the location was great, staff was fine, and the bed was actually comfortable enough for a king room.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. The staff even helped me find a place to exchange money on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

All fine, but unusual check-in.

Had a comfy king bed and a clean room. definitely a solid spot for solo travelers looking for a convenient overnight.
